We have been closely monitoring the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic as it continues to create havoc and have taken significant measures to quickly remove items from our marketplace that make false health claims or offer other products at inflated prices in violation of applicable laws.
With thousands of listings happening every day on our platform across PAN India, we are constantly evaluating and making improvements to ensure prohibited items remain off from Zamroo’s platform. We also continue to work closely with respective departments and govt. agencies across the country, as we execute a number of measures to ensure our marketplace remains safe and most trusted space in which our sellers can sustain and grow, where our buyers can find anything and everything
on a single platform during this unprecedented times.

We have a zero-tolerance policy on false claims, misleading information and on prohibited goods listings on our marketplace, we would like to ensure buyers are able to find products or services with right information especially during these challenging and extraordinary times like these we facing today.
