After 20 Indian soldiers have been martyred and several others injured in a violent face-off between India and China in Galwan Valley in eastern Ladakh in advance this month, several people have appealed for a boycott of Chinese items on social media. Amid the on-going border anxiety between the 2 countries, Bollywood actor Kangana Ranaut, in a video, shared her thoughts on India-China stand-off.
“#KanganaRanaut’s mind on China. We have to stand together, unite, and collectively combat this warfare in opposition to China!” the video proportion on Kangana’s Instagram take care of is captioned.
She is going on to quote Mahatma Gandhi’s name for the boycott of British items in the combat for independence. She asks her fans to sign up for the combat through boycotting Chinese items.
“Kya ye humara kartavya nahi hai ki hum apni sena ka aur apni sarkar ka sath de? Hum pratigya lete hain ki hum atmanirbhar banenge aur Chinese items ko bilkul boycott karenge aur is yuddh me hissa leke Bharat ko jitayenge,” she concluded.
