The ministry of education's testing agency on Monday postponed the National Eligibility Test (NET) because the dates were clashing with those of Indian Council of Agricultural Research exam. The NET was scheduled to be conducted from September 16 to September 25. It will now be conducted September 24 onwards.
Railway Minister Ashwini Vaishnaw was present at the accident site and waved to the drivers when the semi-high speed train passed through, the officials said.
